Workplace support for organisations
Happy team. Successful organisation.

Give your people a human place to talk, reflect and move forward.

People bring their whole lives to work. Stress, burnout, loneliness, career uncertainty and personal pressures can affect how someone feels long before they need clinical support. Callin gives eligible adult employees access to confidential, one-to-one human support, career coaching and practical accountability online.

With Human Continuity™, employees can continue with the same listener or coach wherever operationally possible, so they do not have to start from zero every time.

For eligible adults aged 18+. Non-clinical support, not therapy, counselling, medical care or crisis support.

Callin for organisations
A clear, human addition to workplace wellbeing.

Callin provides eligible adult employees with confidential, non-clinical human emotional support, career coaching and accountability through private online conversations. It can complement an organisation's existing people, wellbeing or EAP provision without replacing clinical care, occupational health, safeguarding or emergency support.

Responsible alignment with selected United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is part of how Callin frames this work. Our workplace support most directly intersects with SDG 3, Good Health and Well-being, and SDG 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth. Callin is not affiliated with or endorsed by the United Nations. • Real human conversations
  • Same listener or coach wherever possible
  • Support for the person, not only the job
The human reality of work
People do not arrive at work carrying only work.

A team can look fine on paper while people are quietly dealing with burnout, loneliness, family pressure, relationship difficulties, grief, career uncertainty, workload stress or major life changes. Managers cannot be everybody's counsellor. HR should not have to solve every human problem. And not every difficult moment requires therapy.

Pressure can build quietly

Stress and uncertainty can affect how someone experiences their work, relationships and day-to-day life.

Managers need boundaries too

A good manager can care without becoming someone's therapist, counsellor or entire emotional support system.

Sometimes people just need to talk

Being heard by another human can create space to think, reflect and work out what comes next.

Human Continuity™
Being heard matters. Being remembered changes the conversation.

Human Continuity™ is Callin's commitment to prioritising the same listener or coach for ongoing support wherever operationally possible.

For an employee, that can mean less repetition and more continuity. For an organisation, it means the support remains human and relationship-based rather than becoming another anonymous wellbeing touchpoint.

  • Same person if they want
  • Shared context over time
  • Somewhere human to return to
A human complement to existing support
Because wellbeing is more than a perk.
A place to talk early

Employees do not have to wait until they are in crisis to deserve support.

Real human connection

Callin offers conversation with another person rather than relying solely on articles, automated prompts or digital tools.

Support for real life

People can talk about work stress, relationships, grief, loneliness, career decisions and the life circumstances that do not stay outside the office.

Built for modern teams

Online delivery can work particularly well for remote, hybrid and geographically distributed organisations.

A complement, not a replacement

Callin can sit alongside existing HR, EAP, occupational-health, clinical and wellbeing pathways where appropriate.

Clear organisational pricing
Start small. See how it works for your people.

Begin with a defined three-month pilot before deciding whether a longer organisational arrangement makes sense.

Need something different?

For larger teams, different support volumes or longer arrangements, Callin can discuss a custom organisational package based on scope and capacity.

90-Day Employee Support Pilot £1,800 Three-month pilot. No annual contract.
  • 3-month pilot
  • Up to 8 pooled one-hour employee support sessions per month
  • 24 pooled employee sessions across the pilot period if the monthly allocation is fully used
  • Online delivery
  • Access for eligible adults aged 18+
  • Human Continuity™ prioritised wherever operationally possible

Any requirements outside the agreed pilot scope can be discussed before the pilot begins.

Pricing and scope should be confirmed with Callin before contracting.

Privacy and confidentiality
Your employees should know where they stand.

Callin treats support conversations privately and confidentially within applicable privacy, safeguarding and legal obligations.

If someone accesses Callin through an employer, workplace programme or benefits provider, Callin processes only the information required for eligibility, administration, billing or agreed service usage.

The content of an employee's support conversation is not shared with their employer or benefits provider.
